“Every life tells a story – every farewell should honour it”

Guiding families through goodbyes with personalised compassion, dignity and love.

Funerals and Memorials

I am available to assist in creating and delivering Memorials, Funerals and all Celebrations of Life across the Mornington Peninsula and beyond, and most certainly do travel to assist families during this time.

Memorial services offer families a little more flexibility when it comes to time, place and arrangements, as the coffin is usually not present – meaning you do not need to rush the process or your decision making to ensure the celebration reflects your loved person fully. Memorial services offer complete flexibility to ensure your loved one is honoured.

Funeral services can also be engaging, warm, and completely personalised; and the logistics are generally arranged by a funeral director as the coffin may be present at the service. However, your loved ones story, and wishes are always delivered with compassion, empathy and dignity.

If you are ready to plan a meaningful celebration, I would be honoured to be invited to help.

About me – why a funeral celebrant?

Throughout the many years working in the full time role as a wedding celebrant, having crafted and delivered thousands of weddings, over time, I’ve been naturally called upon to conduct memorial and funeral services, and through these experiences I’ve felt a deep sense of calling to expand into this side of celebrancy. My background as an accomplished public speaker, with a deep commitment to professionalism and heartfelt, personalised ceremonies, gave me the foundation to support families at their most tender moments. For me, becoming a funeral celebrant was not a new path, but an extension of the journey and values I already felt – connection, empathy, and love. I truly see it as an honour to help families farewell their loved ones with dignity and warmth, creating meaningful ceremonies that reflect the unique life being remembered. I adore meeting people, listening to their stories, and weaving them into ceremonies that are both comforting and deeply personal. With care, compassion, and a relaxed yet professional presence, I aim to create the very best farewell – a true celebration of life – while offering families the reassurance and comfort they need.

Get in touch

My girls and I first met Emma when we chose her to conduct a service for my late husband Robert. I had an idea of how I wanted to service to go but Emma guided us through the process, making sure we included all we wanted to say and bring to the service. Robert had been involved in many organisations as a member and in leadership roles and we were able to include all this in the service.
