YOUR WEDDING CEREMONY – Legals Only PACKAGE

Weddings should always be fun, memorable and bespoke, but they don’t always have to be big. Sometimes couples simply want to get married, without all the extras. And that’s exactly what this package is designed for.

Often referred to as a “legals only” ceremony, this option is perfect for couples wanting something intimate, simple, and relaxed. Just the two of you and your witnesses, plus a handful of guests, we keep things short, meaningful, and stress-free.

First Meeting

At our first meeting, we’ll take care of all the important legal steps, including completing your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).

This form must be lodged at least one month before your wedding day, and no more than 18 months prior. I’ll guide you through the process and can provide the form as part of your Ceremony Information Package, or you’re welcome to download it yourself.

I’ll also need to sight and witness your identification documents, I’ll let you know exactly what’s required when we chat.

Even though this is a shorter ceremony, I’ll still provide you with a draft, and you’re absolutely welcome to include your own personal vows if you’d like to make the moment your own.
